Job Role :– IND-Associate Analyst_Marketplace Operations.

Job Type : Full Time Job.

What You’ll Do:

Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze seller performance data (e.g., ship on time, cancellations, order fulfillment) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights based on the data analysis.
Seller Communication & Support:
- Communicate with dropship/third-party sellers to address issues and drive performance improvements.
- Partner with sellers to identify and resolve process gaps.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations) to improve seller performance and resolve issues.
- Liaise with the US team to ensure alignment on projects and timelines.
Project Execution: Execute plans and projects related to dropship/third-party seller performance, ensuring timely completion and identifying potential risks.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and communicate reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Lowe’s Off Campus Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

0-2 Years Relevant Experience: This indicates an entry-level or junior-level position. Experience in online/retail merchandising, digital business, or operations is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

Essential Skills:

Merchandising Expertise: Experience with digital or marketplace merchandising and third-party assortment management.
Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and the ability to derive insights from data.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other data/reporting tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with US-based sellers.
Operational Skills: Detail-oriented with a strong operational mindset and excellent time management skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills:

Business Operations: Experience with business operations within a large retail environment.
Ticketing Systems: Experience with ticketing/volume management tools.
Customer Service: Experience in customer service or seller support roles.
