As a Service Professional, you will be responsible for:

Technical Training: Completing specialized training programs in areas such as Database, Network, Windows, Linux, or Cybersecurity administration.
System Monitoring: Providing L1 level monitoring support and assistance in administering databases, networks, Windows, Linux, and Cybersecurity systems.
Incident Response: Monitoring and responding to alerts and incidents according to established procedures.
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks like backups, software updates, and patch installations.
Troubleshooting: Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and security.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of system configurations and changes.
Process Improvement: Following established operational processes and contributing to their improvement.
Knowledge Updates: Staying informed about industry trends and best practices related to your area of specialization.
Communication: Communicating effectively with team members and escalating issues when necessary.
Security Compliance: Adhering to security protocols and compliance requirements.
Project Support: Assisting senior administrators with project implementation and related tasks.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
