Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will typically be a member of a project team involved in conducting process consulting, internal audits, risk consulting, and other GRCS solutions.
- You have to consistently deliver high-quality client services.
- You need to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- You should have a basic understanding of accounting and business processes. You also need to be able to quickly learn new information.
- You need to stay updated on the latest developments in advisory services and industry knowledge.
- This role may require travel to client locations within India and abroad.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Education : Graduates (BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM or similar degree)
Work Experience : 0 – 2 years of related audit, business or sector experience
THE INDIVIDUAL:
- You should have a basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, or risk consulting.
- You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Having strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools would be a significant advantage.
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You need to be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- You should have a basic understanding of IT systems and be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- You must be willing to work under pressure, including meeting tight deadlines and dealing with challenging client situations that may require extended working hours.
- You must be willing to travel within India or abroad for extended periods.
- You must demonstrate integrity, strong values, and a high level of work ethic.
