Konecranes Trainee Overview:-
Job Role : Trainee – Global IT Technical Support
Job Type : Full-time
Your Role and Responsibilities As a Trainee
You are responsible for:
- You have to manage all IT requests that are logged in the ticketing system. This includes classifying requests, getting approvals, assigning them to other support teams (L2/L3), and following up until the issue is resolved.
- You need to assess the severity and impact of incidents and escalate them to the appropriate support teams (L2/L3) when necessary.
- You must follow all IT processes and policies during your daily work.
- You will be involved in IT project activities as assigned.
- You need to identify and communicate any recurring problems that are reported in the incoming incidents.
- You will assist during User Acceptance Testing.
Konecranes Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
Experience Need : 0-1 years of experience in Windows environment.
Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer/IT field.
- Batch: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
Skills:-
- You need to have a good understanding of Operating Systems (OS), how networks work, and common applications.
- You should be familiar with iOS, Android, Windows, and other mobile operating systems.
- Experience with SCCM is a plus.
