Job Summary
As an IT Executive at L&T’s Hazira complex, you’ll manage end-to-end IT support—covering procurement, infrastructure setup, network, cloud, and data center systems. Ideal for engineers who thrive in diverse technical environments and want an accelerated career path in enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities 🔧
- Support end users with help desk services and IT procurement.
- Manage client, server & data center infrastructure across MRU sites.
- Administer domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, file/clustering, print, SNMP & terminal server services.
- Operate virtual & hyper-converged infrastructure (HyperV, VMware, Nutanix).
- Administer backup/storage systems and data center operations (UPS, PAC, CCTV, fire, water detection, access control).
- Support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Troubleshoot network platforms—routers, switches, firewalls, VPN.
- Install/configure network hardware: routers, proxies, wireless devices.
- Monitor LAN/WAN links and subcontractor installations.
- Perform recurring workstation/telephony/software support for local & remote users.
- Design & improve network solutions.
