Job Role: Customer Service Representative (Chat/Email)

As a Customer Service Representative at IntouchCX, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to queries through web-chat and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, inventory, and billing.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions using the tracking tool.
  • Respond to incoming chats/emails within the given SLA while meeting quality and performance benchmarks.
  • Escalate priority issues to the appropriate team when required.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Education: Any graduate is eligible.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in the call center industry, preferably in Chat/Email Operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software applications.
