We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Accounts Payable Associates/Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Associate:
- Registering and processing supplier invoices
- Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Archiving and filing documents
- Collaborating with various departments
- Managing and maintaining pipelines
- Assisting with account queries
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors

- Data entry of invoices
