• Work in a 24/7 environment: Be able to work on different shifts, including nights.

• Learn quickly: Be able to learn new processes and information easily.
• Analyze information: Be able to ask questions and understand what customers are saying.
• Multitask: Be able to handle multiple tasks at once, like talking on the phone and entering data.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor Of Commerce

What You Need:

• Education: At least 15 years of education (completed high school).
• Computer skills: Basic knowledge of computers.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work different shifts.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills: Be able to ask questions and find solutions to customer problems.

Preferred Skills:

• Data entry skills: Be able to enter data accurately and quickly.
