Job Summary
You will join Infor’s SaaS Cloud Operations team as a Cloud System Engineer Associate. Your role supports mission-critical environments, handling cloud operations tasks to maintain uptime, support services, and enable new team members—all within an innovative global cloud software firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate in a 24×5×365 support environment, ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Execute scheduled tasks and operational procedures within service and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and support projects.
- Participate in training programs and help onboard and mentor new team members.
- Manage daily operational tasks following established processes and documentation.
