What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage Learning Administration: You’ll be responsible for managing the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). This includes tasks like creating, updating, and canceling courses and managing employee enrollments.
- Provide Employee Support: You’ll act as a point of contact for employees who have questions about learning and training programs.
- Handle Employee Inquiries: You’ll assist employees with issues like password resets.
- Manage Work Requests: You’ll efficiently handle and process work requests related to employee learning.
- Understand HR Policies: You’ll need to have a good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations to answer employee questions effectively.
- Contribute to Projects: You’ll actively participate in and contribute to ongoing HR projects.
IBM Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
Required Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Preferred: Master’s Degree (MBA in HR is preferred)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Learning Administration, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Training Experience: Prior experience in Training or presentations is a plus.
- Work Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires interacting with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and resolve issues effectively.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Data Skills: Prior experience in data processing or data management.
- Workday Experience: Working knowledge of the Workday platform is a plus.
