Job Title : Process Associate – Procure to Pay

Area of work: Enterprise Operations

Your Role and Responsibilities (Simplified):

As a Process Associate for Procure to Pay (P2P), you’ll handle transactions in Accounts Payable and manage vendor accounts. You need to be able to work in shifts.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Manage P2P accounting: You’ll handle all the accounting tasks related to the Procure to Pay process.
  • Identify and address risks: You’ll spot potential problems and suggest solutions.
  • Meet deadlines: You’ll make sure your work is done on time and within agreed-upon service levels (SLAs).

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with a focus on Accounts Payable.

Preferred Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Commerce, with a focus on Accounts Payable.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience Early Professional
  • Ability to match invoices, find errors, fix exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles.
  • Ability to answer questions and follow up on actions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Able to meet targets effectively.
  • Able to work well under pressure and contribute to change.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
