What You Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
Skills We Value:
- Electrical Troubleshooting: At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Electrical Schematics: At least 1 year of experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Customer Interaction: Experience interacting with customers.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the automation/material handling industry is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to focus on key details and solve problems effectively.
- Programming Skills:
- Experience with C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience programming and installing Allen-Bradley/Siemens/Lenze PLCs.

- Data Skills: Experience with SQL, including creating queries and analyzing data.

- HMI Experience: Experience programming and installing Panel View (HMI) systems.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make quick and effective decisions, even in complex situations.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and apply new information and concepts.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge Management: Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management and Call Center Management.
