• Develop and Maintain Power BI Dashboards: You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and administering the Power BI workspace for the Transformers Quality & Operations (QO) department.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • You’ll work closely with the HE Performance & Analytics Team to analyze data and build insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • You’ll connect to various data sources, transform data, and create visualizations that effectively communicate key business information.
  • You’ll conduct data analysis, including “what-if” and scenario analyses, to support decision-making.
• Data Quality & Security:
  • You’ll implement data security measures (row-level security, application-level security) within Power BI.
  • You’ll ensure high data quality and completeness by developing and maintaining data cleansing processes.
• Stakeholder Support:
  • You’ll train stakeholders on how to use the reports and dashboards effectively.

• Power BI Expertise:
  • Strong expertise in building visualizations in Power BI using data from various sources.
  • Proficient in DAX queries, DAX functions, and Power Query Editor.
  • Possess the DA-100 certification (preferred).
• Data Handling:
  • Experience working with SAP/S4 HANA data is preferred.
  • Skilled at connecting and integrating data from multiple sources within Power BI.
• Data Modeling:
  • Ability to develop effective data models (tabular and multidimensional) that are compatible with warehouse standards.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  • Expertise in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports.
