Job Role: Executive Recruiter (Remote, India)

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent pooling and sourcing to coordinating interviews. You will actively collaborate with internal recruiting teams, engage candidates through creative strategies, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless client operations.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Talent Sourcing & Prequalification:

  • Partner with Client’s Internal Recruiting Team: Proactively source and prequalify candidates based on specific client requirements.
  • Innovative Talent Attraction: Generate candidate interest through creative strategies such as email blasts, LinkedIn InMails, connection invites, and job postings.
  • Candidate Engagement: Pre-qualify talent through detailed profiling and assess interest and availability via phone calls and emails.

🚀 Interview Coordination & Pipeline Management:

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates on behalf of team members.
  • Pipeline Maintenance: Source and maintain contact information for active talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods to connect with diverse candidate pools.

📊 Database Management & Administrative Support:

  • ATS & CRM Updates: Maintain and update ATS (Dynamics)LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases with accurate candidate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support the recruiting team’s operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills with a US accent and the ability to effectively engage with global candidates and stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in Recruitment, with a strong understanding of the US job market and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical Skills:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: ₹351.78 – ₹844.15 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
