Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Oracle Technical Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Business Needs: Work with teams to understand business requirements.
  • Develop Solutions: Design and build solutions using Oracle tools.
  • Integrate Systems: Connect Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, or EBS applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and fix technical issues.
  • Documentation: Document technical processes and solutions.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide support after projects are completed.
  • System Upgrades: Participate in system upgrades.

Skills and Expertise:

Candidates should have expertise in at least one or more of the following areas:

  • Databases: SQL, PL/SQL
  • Programming Languages: Java, Python
  • Oracle Development Tools: APEX (Application Express), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • Cloud Applications: Oracle HCM Cloud
  • ERP Solutions: PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Oracle development, implementation, or support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Relevant Oracle certifications.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
