📌 Job Role: Process Associate – Invoice to Cash (I2C)
Join Genpact’s fast-paced Invoice to Cash team as a Process Associate and play a key role in managing financial transactions and client communication. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in commerce who want to begin their career in finance operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🧾 Making collection calls to customers
📧 Emailing/faxing invoices or arranging hard copies as per request
💰 Identifying and resolving unidentified cash
🧮 Managing end-to-end cash application process
📌 Ensuring Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR)
🤝 Handling customer/internal disputes
🔄 Validating credits/debits and managing order reconciliation
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
