Role & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Lean Digital Transformation, you will be at the heart of executing high-impact projects for clients using Lean, Six Sigma, RPA, AI, and advanced analytics. Your role will involve:
- Designing and executing roadmaps for digital transformation and process improvement.
- Leading 2–3 high-impact projects annually, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Driving operational excellence through Robotic Process Automation, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning.
- Managing multi-project programs with cross-functional teams.
- Coaching and mentoring project owners and teams in DMAIC and Lean methodologies.
