Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – Lean Digital Transformation, you will be at the heart of executing high-impact projects for clients using Lean, Six Sigma, RPA, AI, and advanced analytics. Your role will involve:

  • Designing and executing roadmaps for digital transformation and process improvement.
  • Leading 2–3 high-impact projects annually, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Driving operational excellence through Robotic Process Automation, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning.
  • Managing multi-project programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Coaching and mentoring project owners and teams in DMAIC and Lean methodologies.
  • Establishing governance frameworks for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:

  • MBA / Master’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Black Belt Certification in Lean/Six Sigma
  • Certified Project Manager
  • RPA/Digital certification
