Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager – Customer Enablement / Experience, you will oversee a team responsible for post-invoice customer support. This includes managing order-related issues via case management systems, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, and driving customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and process execution.
