GE HealthCare is looking for a motivated Trainee Engineer to join the Healthcare Quality & Regulatory team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this role, you’ll review and determine the initial status, type, and severity of incoming product complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance. 🔑 Key Responsibilities

Quality Coordination: Collect, evaluate, and close complaint files while monitoring trends.
Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance and optimize quality system procedures related to product complaints, adverse event reporting, and field actions.
Issue Tracking: Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
Quality Assurance Support: Assist with key QA/RA activities as assigned.
Compliance Adherence: Comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and Quality Management Policy.
Training & Reporting: Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within deadlines. Report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective actions as needed.
QSR & CGMP Requirements: Maintain full Quality System Regulation (QSR) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) compliance.
Complaint Handling: Ensure 100% review of potential sources of product complaints and timely complaint handling and reporting.
Documentation: Provide objective evidence of complaint handling through compliant documentation.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required

Education: Qualified to Degree level in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Typing & Data Entry: Strong typing and data entry skills.
Software Proficiency: Experience with spreadsheet and presentation software.
