Required Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates or up to One year of relevant experience.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing line.
- Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance activities are carried out on schedule.
- Conduct verification and validation of equipment and processes.
- Support the installation and maintenance of new equipment.
- Manage non-conforming materials and work with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Train the manufacturing team on new procedures and processes.
- Implement solutions to improve quality, cost, and productivity.
- Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of capital goods and ensure proper tracking.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen initiatives.
