Your Job Responsibilities:
- You will have overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling, targeting 2-week inventory levels at a minimum.
- You must be an expert in Oracle and Digital Cockpit systems.
- You have to ensure the systemic accuracy of inventory.
- You have to reschedule materials for pull-ins (expedites) and push-outs (for inventory control).
- You have to conduct daily investigations and resolve root causes of material shortages.
- You will partner closely with suppliers, focusing on packaging needs, min/max planning, materials replenishment planning, and root-cause problem solving.
- You have to conduct daily walks on the floor and the receiving dock to investigate and resolve material receiving issues.
- You will support material transfers and supplier reviews with the Sourcing department.
- You have to manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material.

Required Qualifications:
- You must have a Degree level in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical engineering.
- Batch: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2023, 2024, 2025)
Soft Skills:
- You must have a working knowledge of MRP/Oracle/SAP systems (this is considered an advantage).
- You must have excellent Communication Skills.
- You must have strong problem-solving skills.
Desired Characteristics:
- You must have strong oral and written communication skills.
