As a Sales & Training Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in empowering Fresh Prints’ network of 500+ Campus Managers. You’ll guide these student entrepreneurs, helping them excel in sales while ensuring they stay on track with their business goals.

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Communicating with Campus Manager Trainees to provide support and guidance.
✅ Managing day-to-day tasks required to run effective training programs.
✅ Helping Trainees build an entrepreneurial foundation and set up their campus business.
✅ Training Campus Manager Trainees to secure sales successfully.
✅ Brainstorming ideas to improve the success of Campus Managers.
✅ Gathering feedback from Trainees and existing Campus Managers to improve the overall experience.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
✅ Strong sales pitch skills with 1+ year of sales experience.
✅ Freshers with strong potential are welcome to apply!
✅ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
✅ Strong skills in Excel and Data Analysis.
