Job Role : Graduate Trainee

Job Type: Full time

Job Summary:

• Graduate Trainees are recent college graduates who are being trained to work in specific roles within a company.
• You will receive various types of training, including on-the-job training, to learn about the company’s operations, how things work, and the company culture.

FLSmidth Off Campus Job Description:

• You have to participate in the training programs provided by the company.
• You need to work with experienced employees to learn about your job and responsibilities.
• You have to attend all workshops, seminars, and meetings as required.
• You need to help with the projects and tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• You have to keep a record of what you learn during your training.
• You need to provide feedback to the training manager about the training programs.
• You need to work with your team members on different tasks and projects.
• You need to learn about the company’s values, mission, and goals.
• You have to follow all of the company’s rules and guidelines.
• You need to apply what you learn in school to real-world situations within the company.
• You need to help prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates (2023/2024) in: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Production, Automobile, Electrical 
• No backlogs
• A minimum aggregate of 60% in 10th grade and all subsequent qualifying examinations (e.g., 12th grade, Diploma, Undergraduate degree).
