  • You have to process invoices according to the company’s procedures and meet daily goals.
  • You need to find and resolve any problems with invoices.
  • You have to create and update reports related to accounts payable (AP).
  • You need to make corrections to invoices based on the findings of the internal quality control team.
  • You have to select invoices for payment and release them according to the company’s procedures.
  • You need to create and update information about vendors in the company’s system.
  • You should come up with new ideas to improve how we process invoices.

Flex Careers 2024-2025 – Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance, a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or an MBA with a specialization in Finance.

Computer Skills:

  • You must have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

  • You should have 0-1 year of experience in accounting or accounts payable (AP).
