Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer – MPDM, you’ll play a key role in supporting engineering operations and product updates. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Creating part numbers for BOM (Bill of Materials) in Agile & Baan systems.
- Downloading and releasing customer product specifications in CDC.
- Working as a Change Analyst during NPI (New Product Introduction) for new changes.
- Releasing part lists for new models and post-ECO implementation.
- Managing ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) across global manufacturing sites.
- Coordinating with process and product engineering teams to review changes.
- Responding to queries from business partners and customers regarding ECOs.
- Ensuring adherence to process metrics and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E. (EEE/ECE) or M.Sc (Physics/ECS).
- Experience: 0–2 years as an NPI/ECO Engineer in a manufacturing setup (preferably EMS industry).
- Hands-on experience in:
- NPI (New Product Introduction)
- ECO management
- BOM management
- PLM software linked to ECO process
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
