What a typical day looks like:

• You have to make sure invoices for shipments and services are generated and submitted on time.
• You need to identify and resolve any disputes with customers as soon as possible.
• You have to contact customers (via email and phone) to confirm shipment receipt, invoices, upcoming payment dates, and invoices to be paid.
• You need to attend calls with customers, program managers, and site finance as required.
