📝 Job Summary
As a Power BI Developer at Fiserv, you will be responsible for designing and delivering automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools. Your focus will be on inquiry reporting metrics such as Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), Average Aging, and platform adoption. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will translate their requirements into functional specifications for reporting applications, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, focusing on inquiry reporting metrics.
- 🧠 Analyze and understand business requirements related to inquiry management.
- 🛠️ Utilize SQL queries, Power BI, and SSIS to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- 📈 Design data models that transform raw data into insightful information.
- 🎨 Create dynamic and visually appealing dashboards and reports highlighting key metrics.
- 🔒 Implement row-level security and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and connect data sources.
- 🔍 Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and reporting issues.

✅ Who Can Apply?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on reporting related to inquiries or customer service metrics.
Skills & Tools:
- Expertise in SQL queries, Power BI, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data gateway, and data preparation projects.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack, including SSIS, TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data for accuracy.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and client teams.
