Eurofins Scientific Responsibilities:
- Transactional Processing: You’ll handle various HR and payroll tasks, such as data entry and processing employee information.
- Benefits and Reporting: You’ll assist the US HR and payroll teams with tasks related to employee benefits and generating reports.
- Semi-Voice Projects: You’ll support projects that involve both talking to customers (semi-voice) and doing paperwork, related to HR and payroll in North America.
- Multi-Process Handling: You’ll be able to work on multiple HR and payroll processes simultaneously.
- Process Documentation and SLA Monitoring: You’ll create documents to outline processes and track how well you’re meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for the projects you support.
- Performance Measurement: You’ll maintain and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure your work’s effectiveness.
- Customer Issue Management: You’ll proactively address and resolve customer issues related to the support you provide.
Eurofins Scientific Preferred skill:
- Should have strong knowledge in managing HR or Payroll processes for US. Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.
- Should have strong knowledge in managing project with semi voice support.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication.
