Job Role: Associate Software Engineer(BA)

POSITION TITLE: Junior BA / Associate Software Engineer (Analyst)
REPORTING TO: Program Manager
Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
TRAVEL:
- Ready to travel to Europe (~10%) if project demands (requirements elicitation and possibly during production go-live)
Salary: ₹6 to 8.7 LPA (Expected)
What you’ll do:
- Understand needs: Figure out what the customer wants.
- Gather requirements: Collect information through interviews and surveys.
- Document requirements: Write down the requirements in a clear and organized way.
- Prioritize tasks: Decide which tasks are most important.
- Maintain quality: Ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with team: Work with other team members to achieve project goals.
In essence, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable requirements for the development team.
