The opportunity
This opportunity is in the global operations teams of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) which is rapidly growing. As our efforts towards building a better working world, GDS operations need to create an evolving framework of CRM Operational excellence framework control in all processes, decision making and activities for GDS operations to enable our business teams across locations.
This opportunity is about being part of a high performing CRM operation team (PACE (L1, L2 & L3) and contact–to–cash support & infrastructure enablement) across GDS locations and business units to identify and strengthen CRM operation as an Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Understanding: Learn the full process of approving or accepting clients and engagements for EY offices.
- Submission Review: Check submissions from engagement teams to ensure they are complete, accurate, and appropriate.
- Liaison Role: Act as a link between client teams, Risk Management team members, and other departments in the firm.
- Service Delivery: Manage internal stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Risk Identification: Spot risk areas in various processes and operations.
- Collaboration: Work with different functions, locations, and business units to improve CRM controls by escalating high-risk cases to management.
- Additional Tasks: Handle other responsibilities that align with the job purpose.
Education and skills Required:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream (preferred B. Com, BBA, M. Com, MBA)
- Any other qualification with relevant knowledge and experience
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality & Integrity
- Attention to details is a must
- Decision Making Skills, Team Player
- Expertise in MS office tools – Excel, Power point, Word
