In this position, you will:
- Record all inquiries in the quote log.
- Ensure sales/customers receive acknowledgment with a planned quote submission date (within 24 hours).
- Deliver accurate quotes by the planned submission date (maintaining on-time performance).
- Maintain and update MIS reports related to bid management and analysis.
- Review and provide clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams.
Who You Are:
You should possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. Customer-focused with exceptional communication abilities, capable of building and sustaining relationships internally and externally. Effective planner with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrates commercial and financial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the repercussions of business loss.
Requirements for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 0 – 2 years of industry experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, complemented by excellent written, verbal, and social communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English communication (written & verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the actuator, controls & instrumentation industry.
