✅ Prepare Order Checklists, Trade Screening Forms (TSF), and checkpoint screening.
✅ Ensure orders are accurate and match customer requirements and factory capabilities.
✅ Acknowledge deliveries and provide proactive updates to customers.
✅ Manage and update sales orders and backlogs to meet customer timelines.
✅ Coordinate drop shipments from factories to ensure timely deliveries.
✅ Prepare essential documentation like Order Acknowledgments, Packing Lists, and more.
✅ Handle inquiries regarding pricing, lead time, and order status.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related concerns.
✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives for better efficiency.
📋 Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
✅ 0 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
✅ Strong understanding of Customer Contract Review and Terms & Conditions.
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
✅ Proficiency in tools like MS Office and ERP systems.
