- Bachelor’s Degree (B.com, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Master’s Degree (M.com, MBA, PGDM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Back-office and Middle-office Operations: Handle various financial processes like KYC, trade settlements, reconciliations, and data management.
- Data Management: Collect, process, and analyze financial data.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and counterparties to resolve issues.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential risks.
- Trade Support: Support trade activities, including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in a range of financial products, such as equities, derivatives, and fixed income.
