Education

• UG: B.Com in Commerce, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization
• PG: MBA/PGDM in Finance, M.Com in Any Specialization

Assessment Rounds:

1. Screening
2. Aptitude Test: Quantitative (Maths), Logical reasoning, and English + Voice
3. HR Interview
4. Operation Interview

Requirements:

• Essential:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance.
  • Willingness to work a fixed night shift.
  • Comfort with relocation to specific areas (if not already residing there).
  • Double vaccinated and comfortable with WFO (Work From Office).
  • 1-year training agreement.
  • Male candidate preferred (unclear why).
• Preferred:
  • Commerce graduates (freshers welcome with transcripts).
  • Deep knowledge of finance and investment banking (for non-commerce graduates).

Additional Information:

• There are multiple assessment rounds (screening, aptitude test, interviews).
• There’s a cooling period of 3 months for reapplication after rejection.
• Preference for candidates without an active PF account (possibly for ease of onboarding).
