Job Role :- Webform Analyst

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling customer inquiries: You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries submitted through online forms using tools like Genesys Cloud and ServiceNow.
  • Resolving issues: You’ll handle customer requests and resolve any issues they may be facing.
  • Problem-solving: You’ll need to proactively identify and solve problems, taking ownership of issues until they are resolved.
  • Multitasking: You’ll need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to your assigned work schedule.

Deloitte Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

What you need to have:

  • Education: You should have a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or a similar degree.
  • Experience: You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large organization.

What you need to know and be able to do:

  • Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: You should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow, including how to manage tickets, extract data, and create reports.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: You should be able to troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows computers, Macs, mobile devices, and iPads.
  • Customer Support Experience: You should have experience providing support to customers over the phone and other channels.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • IT Infrastructure Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of various IT systems and platforms used within the organization, such as email, messaging, video conferencing, cloud management, and security tools.
  • Problem Solving: You should be able to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues for your team.
  • Product Support Experience: You should have experience supporting users of specific products or software.
  • Technical Skills: You should have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and CyberArk platforms.
  • Customer Focus: You should be committed to improving the customer experience.
  • Understanding of Support Processes: You should understand the different levels of support and how they work together.

Work Location

Location: Hyderabad

Work shift Timings (IST): 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time) with extended support (Weekends/Holidays) as required by business.
