Qualifications

· Any Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of computer science, computer engineering, technical L1 trouble shooting (or) related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
ITIL Framework: Basic understanding of ITIL concepts.
ServiceNow: Experience with ServiceNow platform is preferred.
Cloud Computing: Basic knowledge of Azure is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills (phone, chat, email).
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

What you’ll be doing in this job:

Helping Customers:

You’ll talk to clients over the phone, email, and chat to solve their problems.
You need to be polite and professional on the phone (call etiquette).
You’ll answer their questions and try your best to make them happy (client value add).

Fixing Problems:

You’ll troubleshoot technical issues with computers and software (MS Office, custom applications).
You’ll figure out what’s wrong and fix it, or find someone who can.
You’ll track problems and report any new ones you find.

Communication is Key:

You’ll talk to clients directly, including important people like directors and managers.
You’ll need to explain things clearly and be a good listener.
You’ll read and respond to emails from clients.

Following the Rules:

There are guidelines for how quickly you need to respond to clients (SLAs).
You’ll also be measured on how well you do your job (metrics like C-SAT).
This means making sure clients are happy (high scores) and resolving issues quickly (fast response times).

Teamwork:

You’ll work with other support staff to help clients.
You’ll also help develop plans to improve the support team (Tax Transformation Support Strategy).

Learning and Adapting:

You’ll always be learning new things about technology.
You’ll need to be able to handle a busy workload and changing priorities.
