Role: Learning Operations Specialist

Level: Associate Analyst

Responsibilities in Deloitte As a Associate Analyst:

• As a Associate Analyst You your main work is to Support the US Talent Development team in planning and delivering training programs.
• You have to Handle administrative tasks and data entry.
• You need to Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team leads.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete task execution.
• You have to Perform quality checks on tasks before submission.
• In this role you have to Take ownership of tasks and processes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• You need to Contribute to team initiatives and goals.
• You have to Collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.

Deloitte Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications : Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate

Work Experience need : 0 to 1.5 years of relevant experience in a Learning/Backend Operations environment

Skills:

• Required:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic email etiquette.
  • Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, etc.).
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Time management skills.
• Preferred:
  • Basic PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience with case/ticket handling.
  • Ability to interact with clients and understand their needs.

Work Location offer for this job

Shift Timings- 2 PM-11 PM

Location- Hyderabad
