📝 Job Summary

As a Use Case Governance specialist in the Office of the Chief Data Officer at JPMorganChase, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring Data and AI/ML use case governance projects are efficiently managed following internal JPMC policies and external regulatory frameworks. Working with Chase UK’s digital banking revolution, you’ll collaborate with use case owners, project leads, and decision-makers across the organization, driving momentum on projects throughout the development lifecycle to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions and reviews.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Provide consistent guidance to ensure data and AI/ML initiatives align with internal standards and external obligations
  • 📊 Track and implement use case governance frameworks including reputational risk policies and risk mitigation protocols
  • 🔍 Perform impact analysis, prioritization, and triaging of submitted use cases ensuring proper documentation at tollgates
  • 📈 Monitor use case lifecycle KPIs and inventory risk metrics, prepare monthly reports, and escalate issues
  • ⚖️ Conduct regulatory change impact analysis and take proactive role in remediating issues
  • 🤝 Collaborate with other lines of business on cross-LOB projects and represent ICB in firmwide functions
