Roles & Responsibilities
Data Axle is looking for an Associate Purchase Admin who will be responsible for administrating procurement process and reconciliation of purchasing cost directly associated with Company needs for materials, services, and fixed assets.
- Generate purchase orders for vendor quotes and invoices.
- Assisting the accounting team with matching of invoices to current Purchase Orders.
- Assisting the accounting team with monthly reconciliation of credit card purchases.
- Act as point of contact between divisional employees and corporate purchasing department.
- Monitor and track invoices and renewals deadlines, notifying relevant teams of upcoming renewals.
- Maintaining the procurement database for renewal deadlines and terminations.
- Coordinate and monitor progress of vendor agreements and contracts with the legal department as pertains to procurement.
- Ad hoc projects within accounting.
