📝 Job Summary
As a Data Analytics Associate within the Corporate and Investment Banking Global Finance and Business Management organization, you will assist in developing data and management reporting for regulatory operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that promote profitability and efficiency across the Commercial and Investment Banking organization.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Define, monitor, and report key management metrics around the health of an operations program.
- Manage a high-volume and high-complexity reporting & dashboarding book of work, leveraging rigorous project management discipline.
- Partner with senior leaders in advancing the business analysis and reporting agenda, focusing on insights delivery in areas like operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, and quality enhancements.
- Define, design, and drive high-priority strategic initiatives with senior-level visibility.
- Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights from existing data.
- Develop strong partnerships with business, IT application owners, and data management teams to align on a roadmap for continual improvement while providing support around in-flight projects.
✅ Who Can Apply?
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably with Computer, Finance, or Statistics as core areas.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in financial services or commercial banking.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and any data visualization tool (e.g., Qlik Sense or Tableau).
- Proficiency in Jira and MS Office.
- Ability to understand business problems/processes and design data-driven solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
Certifications: ITIL certification preferred.
