📝 Job Summary

Join Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division as part of the Contact Support Group (CSG), the first line of defense managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests. This role offers an opportunity to work with a global customer base across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology verticals. You’ll enable speedy and satisfactory incident resolution using both legacy (email and voice) and digital contact channels (chat, SSP, BOTs) while working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • 📞 Provide best-in-class customer service and technical troubleshooting over voice-based phone service and other contact channels
  • 🎫 Manage tickets by prioritizing urgency, categorizing issues correctly, and tracking status (On-hold, Open, Closed & Resolved)
  • 📊 Utilize business intelligence through ticket data analysis and implement best practices for customer support
  • 🚀 Deliver exceptional service by meeting customer expectations from greeting to resolution
  • 🤖 Work with CHIP (intelligent AI BOT) to enhance customer query resolution and improve experience
  • 📧 Handle service email retrieval effectively to minimize communication hops between service desk and customers
