What we’re looking for:

Current role must be Real-Time Analyst (RTA).

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proficiency with Excel (preferred).

Understanding of contact center performance metrics.

Proficiency with workforce management tools and contact center monitoring applications (preferred).

Previous experience in real-time workforce management.

Must have worked in the Workforce Management (WFM) department.
