Job Role : Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities (Simplified):

  • Handle service calls: You’ll receive service calls and follow established procedures to resolve issues (tickets).
  • Assign calls: You’ll quickly assign calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Log and track issues: You’ll keep detailed records of incidents and service requests in the service management tool.
  • Provide technical support: You’ll support various software and hardware applications.
  • Maintain standards: You’ll ensure IT service management processes follow established rules and guidelines.
  • Communicate with management: You’ll communicate issues to management and work with them to find solutions.
  • Identify recurring problems: You’ll look for patterns in service requests to identify recurring issues or potential service risks.
  • Own the problem: You’ll take responsibility for resolving issues from start to finish.

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field.
  • Batch: Batch not mention (but Expected Batches are 2023, 2024, 2025)
  • Work Experience : 0 to 2 years of experience
