Job Role : Process Executive – Data

• Helping customers: You’ll be working with customers to understand and resolve their issues.
• Strong communication: You’ll need excellent written and spoken English.
• Educational background: You should have a degree in a relevant field like commerce, geography, management, mathematics, science, computers, or engineering.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome, but some experience (around 6 months) in a tech company is preferred.
• Analytical skills: You’ll need strong analytical skills, as demonstrated by a good score on the AMCAT assessment (specifically in Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Ability).
• Teamwork: You’ll be working closely with other team members, so you need to be a good team player.
• Tech-savvy: You should be comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new things, especially about the company’s products.
• Google products: You should be familiar with Google products like Chrome, Docs, and Sheets.
• Problem-solving: You should be able to identify and solve problems effectively.
• Quality work: You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality work that meets all the necessary standards.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience in B2B or B2C: Experience working with businesses or directly with consumers is a plus.
• Adaptability: You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly.
• Driving knowledge: While not essential, having driving experience and a general understanding of driving laws is beneficial.
• Proactive approach: You should be able to identify potential problems and suggest ways to improve processes.

Important Note:

Shift work: This role requires flexible shifts, including night shifts and working on public holidays.

Cognizant Off Campus 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Geography, Management, Mathematics, Science, Computers, or Engineering.
• 0-6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in B2B or B2C environments (preferred).
• Understanding of driving laws and experience driving (preferred).
