Job Purpose:

To provide support and ensure the successful execution of operational activities within a business environment. This includes adherence to customer requirements, incident management, knowledge sharing, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business/Customer:
    • Perform standard operating procedures (SOPs) with an understanding of customer environments.
    • Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements.
    • Implement approved change requests according to customer processes.
    • Follow incident life cycle processes (ITIL/BIC framework).
    • Adhere to customer communication etiquette.
    • Meet stated productivity requirements.
  • Project/Process:
    • Review customer satisfaction feedback and implement corrective actions.
    • Participate in incident resolution processes.
    • Log and triage incidents.
    • Coordinate with resolver groups, vendors, and carriers.
    • Troubleshoot incidents and escalate to appropriate groups.
    • Contribute to FAQ database and knowledge articles.
    • Participate in continuous service improvement plans.
    • Develop induction documents for new joiners.
    • Manage team effectively.
  • Team/People:
    • Assess skill levels and provide assistance.
    • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
    • Encourage team members to participate in innovation programs.
    • Mentor new hires.
    • Make recommendations for role and responsibility assignments and performance ratings.
  • Organization:
    • Ensure team participation in organizational events and forums.
    • Adhere to organizational policies and processes.
    • Participate in recruitment drives.
