As a Corporate HR Coordinator at Cognizant, you will play a vital role in supporting Talent Acquisition operations, ensuring error-free processing and seamless onboarding experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- 📧 Mail & Query Management:
- Managing queries received through emails and chats with effective communication skills.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for delivery and outcomes.
- 📊 Operational Transactions & Reporting:
- Handling transactions through the app while ensuring error-free processing.
- Updating relevant trackers and maintaining operational reports as defined in the process.
- 🔄 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Coordinating with Home Manager and team members to meet individual and team goals.
- 📅 Onboarding Support & Stakeholder Management:
- Assisting in onboarding sessions for new hires.
