About Role

The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations – Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

• Complete tasks: Finish assigned tasks like annual reviews, certifications, and making changes to documents.
• Communicate with the team: Talk to other teams to get information and approve changes.
• Create and improve content: Write new content or update existing content to meet business needs.
• Solve problems: Find solutions to questions and issues related to the help content and company policies.
• Track progress: Make sure tasks are completed on time.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Batch: not mention (but expected batches are : 2025 | 2024 | 2023)

• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to details and accuracy.
