    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support: Resolve customer issues related to software applications.
    • Problem-Solving: Diagnose and fix technical problems.
    • Communication: Report on issue status and collaborate with team members.

    Requirements:

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Java and APIs.
    • Experience with web technologies (JSP, XSLT)
    • Knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, Unit Testing)
    • Understanding of insurance domain (preferred)

    • Excellent communication skills
