• PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment Procurement and the design and manufacture of Wear Components (Undercarriage and GET) and Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes & Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids and Filters)
• As a Section Manager at Caterpillar, you will supervise and provide leadership to warehouse associates and team leads
• Creating reports and records of production processes, tools issues performance, and inventory; sharing them with managers and providing suggestions to improve safety, productivity and quality
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating documentation related to operating procedures and safety and quality standards; ensuring all processes and products meet desired safety and quality standards
• Supervising and directing the daily activities of production lines workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between different teams, ensuring their safety and monitoring their performance
• Training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Develops and analyzes logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory
• Manages logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization
• Implements and maintains monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date

As a Section Manager at Caterpillar, you will supervise and provide leadership to warehouse associates and team leads. We are looking for individuals with a desire to help drive business improvements, results and develop their career in Caterpillar. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• The hours for this position are 1st shift (8:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday)
