Job Purpose and Impact

We seek an Software Engineer who will maintain, integrate and implement software applications within our organization. In this role, you will help conduct software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Help decide which improvements and fixes to make to software, and then make those changes.
  • Test software to find and fix problems.
  • Write code for computer programs and systems, and explain how they work in writing.
  • Look at what the business needs and create detailed plans for writing software.
  • Give ideas on how to plan and improve the company’s computer systems and programs.
  • Solve medium-difficulty problems on your own, but ask for help with tougher issues.
  • Do other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Batch: 2024 and before

Preferred Qualifications

  • Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django
  • Scripting languages (Python and PowerShell), Linux
  • ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
  • Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
  • Front-end technologies, such as ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  • Code repositories such as Git
  • Continuous Integration and Delivery
  • Automated testing tools like Selenium and debugging
